Europe or Burst!

Well, that bearded gentleman with the crazed glint in his eye is our good friend and current road master, Ryan “Cap’n” Pardey. He’s with us for our grand European tour as a driver, tour manager, shmoozer, snoozer, confidante, and general grease for the wheels of the old country. We threw him in the deep end of the pool, making him drive our massive “splitter” van through rush hour London traffic, on the wrong side of the car, down the wrong side of the street, on two hours sleep, the day after he learned to drive a stick shift. Yikes! That’ll grow ya some short ones.

So, the tour is going well so far. We’re backstage in Glasgow, at our third show. Ireland loved the Mobius Band, let’s hope the UK agrees.

Here are some more pictures. . .

Our first English breakfast, cooked by an American (thanks, Cap’n).

The entertainment on the ferry from Belfast to Liverpool. This bloke was quite the excellent lounge singer. Video to come.

The table tennis has begun and Peter and Russell are already betting high stakes.

Looking for our gear on the Editor’s truck. A needle in a needle pile.

That’s all for now, cheers!

    Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that really enjoyed your music and shows as support for Editors.

I will confess at not knowing much about you prior to your joining the Editors tour but so glad you did.

Me and my wife followed the band form Glasgow right through to Manchester so had the pleasure fo seeing you 5 times lol Enjoyed every one of them. She loves Friends Like these. My fav is prolly Leave The Keys in The Door. But all the tunes were fab. Including your cover of Daft Punk.

Really hope you guys come back over and do some gigs as we would so come along. It is just a shame you arent doing any gigs in New York in April as we will be over there for a week.

And Ryan, was a pleasure to chat with you whislt I was standing in the queue in Doncaster.

All the best for the rest of the tour. and hope to catch you back on these shores in the near future.

Saw you at Blackpool supporting Editors and was very impressed,my daughter(Lauren)was really pleased when you signed her album although you really will have to get a some pens as one between three of you just isn’t going to work.
Good luck for the future and “keep on rockin in the free world”

We saw you at Editors glasgow, and glad to have a couple of mins chat at the back when I bought the album. Great original sharp sound and I really enjoy Heaven. I raved about the support band and my 21 year old daughter, who wasnt at the gig, thinks the album is great too (which makes me look cool so thanks)
When are you likely to be back in the UK?
